Merchant Center Suspended? Let's Fix the Root Cause, Not Just Submit Another Review.
We audit your Merchant Center account, your website and your product feed as one connected system, because that is how Google evaluates them. Then we correct what we find, document the changes, and prepare your account for review. If you are already approved but underperforming, we optimize the same three layers for Shopping results.
Illustrative view: your audit reports on these four layers
- What it covers
- Account, website, product feed and campaigns
- What you receive
- A written findings report, sent to your email
- Turnaround
- 2–3 business days
- Access needed
- Merchant Center, your site, your feed URL
Get your Merchant Center back on track, then turn it into a reliable Shopping channel.
Recovery is the first stage, not the whole job. An account that is merely approved is still leaving most of the channel unused.
Where you are
Account or item-level enforcement. Your listings are not serving.
What we prepare
Likely causes corrected, changes documented, review request submitted.
Optimized
Feed quality, product data and account configuration properly rebuilt.
Growing
Shopping structure, segmentation and bidding actually working for you.
Your Merchant Center suspension is usually more than a "submit review" problem.
Google evaluates your store as a whole. The notice in your account names a policy. It almost never names the specific thing that triggered it. In most accounts we audit, the trigger is spread across two or more of these four layers, which is why fixing the obvious one and resubmitting so often produces the same rejection.
What Google knows about your business
- Account-level policy enforcement
- Business identity and verification issues
- Suspension and restriction history
- Merchant Center configuration and settings
- Linked accounts and ownership signals
What Google sees when it visits your store
- Missing or incomplete business information
- Trust, identity and contactability signals
- Refund, shipping and terms policy coverage
- Checkout and customer experience blockers
- Claims on site your data cannot support
What you told Google about your products
- Incorrect or stale product data
- Missing required and recommended attributes
- Item-level disapprovals by reason
- Feed structure and quality issues
- Feed-to-landing-page mismatches
What happens once you are allowed to serve
- Campaign structure and priority conflicts
- Weak or absent product segmentation
- Inefficient bidding and budget allocation
- Search-term and product-level waste
- Conversion tracking that misreports results
Fixing only one layer may not solve the underlying problem.
Not sure which layer is causing yours? That is what the audit answersThe GMC Recovery, Optimization and Growth Framework™
Three stages, run in order. We do not move to the next one until the previous one is genuinely finished: optimizing a feed inside a suspended account is wasted work, and scaling campaigns on an unstable feed just spends money faster.
Diagnose
We investigate every surface Google can see, before touching anything.
- Merchant Center account and settings
- Website content, policies and structure
- Business information and verification state
- Product feed structure and quality
- Product data accuracy against live pages
- Policy-related signals across all surfaces
- Google Ads link and campaign setup
- Existing disapproval and suspension notices
Fix & prepare
We turn findings into a prioritized correction plan, ordered by likely impact on the specific policy you were flagged under, then implement it.
- Corrections sequenced by likely impact
- Website and feed changes implemented or specified
- Every change documented as it is made
- Account prepared for the appropriate review
- Review request submitted with a clear record of what changed
Optimize & grow
Once the account is in good standing, the same three layers become a performance asset.
- Feed quality and completeness
- Product data and title structure
- Merchant Center configuration
- Shopping campaign architecture
- Product segmentation and custom labels
- Bidding strategy and budget allocation
- Search-term and product-level performance
- Conversion tracking accuracy

Is this right for your store?
We would rather tell you now than three weeks in.
This is for you if
- Your Merchant Center account is suspended or restricted
- Your products keep getting disapproved and you cannot pin down why
- You have read the policy notice and still do not know what Google is objecting to
- Your account is approved but the feed and configuration have never been properly built
- Your Shopping campaigns spend budget without producing the results you expect
- You want a specialist owning the technical side of Merchant Center and Shopping
This is not for you if
- You are looking for someone who will guarantee Google's approval
- You want a way around Google's policies rather than into compliance with them
- The business information on your site is not genuine
- You want repeated review requests submitted without fixing what caused the rejection
- You need the account back today: diagnosis and correction take real time before review even starts
What happens after you send us your details
Five steps, and we name who does the work at each one.
Tell us what is wrong
Send your account status, the exact policy notice you received, your website, and your feed setup. Screenshots help more than descriptions.
We audit
We examine the account, the website, the feed and the Shopping setup against the specific policy you were flagged under, not a generic checklist.
You get a clear action plan
A written document: what we found, what we believe is causing the problem, what needs to change, and in what order. In plain language, with the reasoning shown.
We implement and prepare
We work through the corrections, document every change, and prepare the account for the appropriate Google review process.
Optimize and grow
Once the foundation is healthy, we move to Merchant Center optimization and Shopping performance, with monitoring, so a new disapproval does not go unnoticed for a fortnight.

A written findings document
What we found on each layer, what we believe is causing the problem, and how confident we are about each conclusion.
A prioritized correction plan
Ordered by likely impact on the specific policy you were flagged under, with each item marked as ours to implement or yours.
A straight answer on scope
What we can address, what sits outside our control, and what it would cost to proceed. Before you commit to anything.
Why merchants bring us in after something else has failed
GMC-first, not GMC-also
Merchant Center and Google Shopping are what we work on, not one line in a general marketing retainer. That means we recognize failure patterns quickly, because we have seen the same ones repeatedly.
Root-cause diagnosis
We do not submit another review request and hope. We find what is likely triggering the enforcement, fix it, and only then go back to Google. Review attempts are a limited resource and we treat them that way.
Full-funnel perspective
We examine the whole chain (website, Merchant Center, feed, Google Ads, conversion tracking) because problems in one link routinely present as symptoms in another. A "feed problem" is frequently a website problem wearing a disguise.
Transparent communication
You get the findings in writing, in language you can act on, including the parts we are uncertain about. If we do not know why something was flagged, we tell you that and explain what we are testing.
Compliance-focused, deliberately
We do not use workarounds designed to get past Google's policies. Accounts recovered that way tend to come back suspended, usually harder, and often without the option to appeal.
Why we will not promise you approval
Because nobody can. Approval is Google's decision, made by systems and reviewers we have no access to and no influence over. Anyone telling you otherwise is either guessing or selling.
What we can commit to is the part that is actually ours. You get the audit findings whether or not you go ahead with the work. Scope and price are agreed before anything starts. And if we conclude the issue sits outside what we can fix (a genuinely non-compliant product category, for instance), we will tell you that instead of billing you to find out slowly.
You work directly with Shiblu
Google Merchant Center Specialist, Nexora Digital AgencyYour audit is run by Shiblu, who handles Merchant Center and Shopping work at Nexora; it is not passed to a junior after the sales call. You deal with the person doing the work, which means the findings arrive with reasoning you can question directly, and you get a straight answer when something is uncertain.
How working with us is structured
Three fixed-price packages. You know what it costs before anything starts: no open-ended hourly billing, and no retainer you cannot exit.
Diagnostic audit
Fixed scope, fixed fee. Written findings across your account, website, product feed and campaigns, emailed to you. Yours to keep and act on, with us or without us.
Misrepresentation fix
For accounts flagged under Misrepresentation. We work through the known signal areas, correct what we find, document every change, and prepare a review request. The review outcome is Google’s decision.
GMC reinstatement work and Shopping Ads
Recovery work across all four layers, then Merchant Center optimization and Shopping campaign build and management. Approval remains Google’s decision; the work and the price are ours.
What sits outside a fixed price: very large catalogues, feeds passing through several platforms before they reach Google, and website changes that are ours to implement rather than yours. If your setup falls outside a package, we tell you before anything starts rather than billing you for it afterwards.
Google Merchant Center suspension FAQ
Including the one everybody asks second, answered honestly.
Why was my Google Merchant Center suspended?
Because Google detected a policy issue in your account, on your website, or in your product data. The most common categories are Misrepresentation, insufficient business information, and mismatches between what your feed says and what your live product page shows.
The notice in your account names the policy. It does not name the specific thing that triggered it. Finding that is the audit.
Can you guarantee GMC approval?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Approval is Google's decision, made by systems and reviewers no consultant has access to.
What we control is the work that goes into it: identifying likely causes, correcting them, documenting the changes, and preparing the account for review. You get our findings either way.
How long does GMC suspension recovery take?
The audit is usually the fast part. Implementation depends on how much of the fix sits on your website versus in your feed, and how quickly changes can actually be deployed on your platform.
Google's review timeline is outside anyone's control: often a few business days, sometimes considerably longer. We give you a realistic estimate for our side once the audit is done, not before.
Do you need access to my Merchant Center?
For a full diagnosis, yes: standard or admin access to Merchant Center, plus read access to Google Ads if Shopping campaigns are involved.
We can begin with a website and feed review without access, but account-level signals can only be checked from inside the account. You can revoke access at any point.
Can you fix Misrepresentation issues?
Misrepresentation is the hardest category, because Google deliberately does not disclose the specific trigger.
We work systematically through the known signal areas (business identity, contact and policy pages, pricing and availability accuracy, checkout behaviour, claims made on site, and feed-to-landing-page consistency), correct what we find, and prepare a documented review request. We cannot promise the outcome. We can promise a methodical process instead of another guess.
Can you fix product disapprovals?
Yes, and item-level disapprovals are usually the most tractable problem on the list. They typically come from data quality (GTIN, price, availability, shipping, tax), restricted content, image policy, or a mismatch with the landing page.
We diagnose them by disapproval reason rather than in bulk, then correct at feed and page level.
Can you optimize my product feed?
Yes. Title structure, description content, attribute completeness, Google product category and product type mapping, variant handling, GTIN and MPN accuracy, image compliance, custom labels for campaign segmentation, and supplemental feeds.
Feed quality affects both whether products are approved and how often they are eligible to show at all.
Can you manage my Google Shopping Ads?
Yes: campaign structure, product segmentation, bidding, budget allocation, search-term and product-level analysis, negative keywords where applicable, and conversion tracking review.
We work on Shopping and Performance Max product feeds specifically, rather than treating them as one line item in a general ads retainer.
Do you work with Shopify?
Yes. Shopify's native Google channel and the common third-party feed apps. Shopify-specific issues we see regularly include app-generated feeds that drift out of sync with product pages, variant and GTIN handling, currency and market settings that change the rendered price, and theme apps that alter what a crawler sees at checkout.
Do you work with WooCommerce?
Yes. Plugin-generated feeds, variable product handling, tax and shipping configuration, and the caching and page-builder setups that frequently cause a crawler to see something different from your customer.
Can you help if I have already submitted multiple reviews?
Yes, and this is one of the most common places we start.
Repeated review requests without meaningful changes tend to produce repeated rejections, and they use up review attempts you may need later. Before requesting another review, we want to be able to state what changed and why we expect it to matter.
What happens after my GMC account is approved?
Approval is a starting line, not a finish. We move to feed quality, product data, Merchant Center configuration and Shopping campaign structure.
We also monitor for new disapprovals, because a clean account drifts back into trouble as products, prices, and site changes ship, and the second suspension is usually harder to resolve than the first.
Do I need Google Ads to use Merchant Center?
No. Merchant Center works on its own for free product listings across Google surfaces. A linked Google Ads account is only required to run paid Shopping or Performance Max campaigns.
Can you audit my website before I request another review?
That is the order we recommend. A pre-review audit checks your website and feed signals against the specific policy you were flagged under, so the request goes in after the fixes rather than before them.
How much does the service cost?
The diagnostic audit is $199, fixed scope and fixed fee. A Misrepresentation fix is $499. Reinstatement work plus Shopping Ads management is $799.
All three are fixed prices agreed before any work starts: no open-ended hourly billing. If your setup falls outside a package, we say so before we begin.
Stop guessing. Find out what is actually holding your Merchant Center back.
Get a specialist review of your Merchant Center setup and a clear picture of what needs attention, whether you are dealing with a suspension, repeated product disapprovals, an underbuilt account, or Shopping campaigns that are not returning what they cost.
